Refund Policy:

Refunds :
We accept refund requests within 30 days of receiving your order. In accordance with current legislation, you are also entitled to a withdrawal period of 14 days from receipt of your order, during which you can cancel your purchase without giving any reason.

Reimbursement process:
To request a refund, please contact us by email at doesherselfgems@gmail.com with your order number and details of the item you wish to return. We will review your request and provide you with the necessary instructions for returning your item.

Full or partial refunds:
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund is approved or rejected. If your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within 2-3 days.

Non-refundable items:
Some items are non-refundable, including sale items and gift cards.

Trades :
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item for another, you will first need to return the original item and place a new order.

Return fees :
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the event of an error on our part.
